Returns
- Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@perioz.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted, such as items with obvious signs of use or items not in their original condition.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
